As of June 26, 2008, we're looking for good homes for a few of our adult dogs.
Please click here to download an application.
Please fax (707.545.0800) or mail back to 1215 Sebastopol Road, Santa Rosa, CA 95407.Thank you!
Periodically throughout the year we may
have a dog that needs to be released from our program.
These dogs may only be available 3-4 times a year. The
Assistance Dog Institute prefers to place these dogs
with local families. At the time a dog is being released,
we will post that information here. We only accept requests
for release dog applications when we have a dog available.
If you are interested in adopting a release dog, please
watch our website for that information.
The process involves filling out an application, having
an interview and often a site visit to your home is
done. The cost of released dogs is $550. The dogs are
generally 1-2 years old, have been spayed or neutered
and are current on all vaccinations. |
