Dormitory Housing
Eight single room occupancy dormitory rooms are available to house Institute out-of-area college and certificate program students. Offered on a first come first serve basis, each approximately 8’ X 9’ room is furnished with a single bed. The dormitory is equipped with two bathrooms, one shower, and washer/dryer facilities. Communal living areas include the kitchen/dining room, common room, study area and outside patio.

This campus housing provides affordable housing and an environment that supports academic retention and success. Qualifications for this housing require Institute student status including prepayment of all fees and tuition, maintenance of a 2.0 GPA, regular course attendance, and adherence to all housing policies and procedures. The housing, like the Institute in general, is a smoke-free, drug-free and alcohol-free area.

For information on housing availability, call the Institute office at (707) 545-DOGS (3647).
